Shipping & Returns


We charge a flat rate of $10.50 per order for postage for Australia-wide shipping. We do not ship to PO Boxes, so please provide a physical address.

Delivery of items is subject to availability, and we cannot accept responsibility or liability for any item it is not able to supply. However, we will offer you a store credit for any item that is unexpectedly delayed.

We do not a refund of the goods purchased, unless goods are faulty. The cost of shipping the items back is your responsibility. Please contact us via the Contact Us for a returns form.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched for delivery, you will receive an email with all tracking details.

Some products are shipped directly to you by the supplier so you might receive multiple packages.


If you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you purchased, we offer a full refund of the goods purchased, store credit or exchange. Please Contact Us via the contact page for a returns form.

Conditions of Return :

  • Items must be unused and in the original packaging including tags and no broken seals

  • A Refund Request must be made within 7 days of receiving the item

  • Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer

  • No exchanges or returns are offered for sale items

  • For hygiene purposes, we cannot offer refund on menstrual cups and menstrual pads.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please check your item upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours should the item be damaged or faulty. Where possible, keep the original packaging. Please Contact Us via the contact page for all returns.

Proof of the fault or damage may be requested which may include emailing photographs in order to allow us to evaluate your claim and arrange suitable replacement or refund.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if the items do not comply to our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.
